Payment options
Order online (credit cards)
Ordering online is safe, secure, and easy. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Platinum Hair Company will appear on your credit card bill. We only ship to billing addresses on file with the credit card company. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Mail Order
We understand some people may not feel comfortable ordering online. Therefore upon checkout there is an option to pay via cashier check/money order. Print the order summary page and include your order number. Make payable to: Platinum Hair Company. Total amount including s/h should be sent to our company address. An email will be sent to you with mailing instructions. We apologize but we do not accept personal checks.

Shipping & Handling
Order Fulfillment
You should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Platinum Hair Company cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you happen to order an item that is backordered/out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. You will receive an email with the tracking number once order is shipped.
We apologize but due to heavy volume we cannot ship overnight at this time.
Shipping Terms
Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You may check the status of your order by clicking on the Order Status link on our website. We utilize Fed Ex and USPS shipping methods.
Shipping within the continental U.S. $10 !
Sales Tax
Per federal law, we are required to collect tax for orders placed within the state we do business.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you with the second email that your order has been shipped. For the status of your order please visit www.fedex.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number. Please note: Orders placed will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after receiving.

Returns/Exchanges
Platinum Hair Company stands behind its products. We will be glad to make an exchange for items purchased. Store credit will be given and must be used within six months from issuance. A 25 % restocking fee will apply. Shipping and Rush Order Fees are non refundable. We must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt that you would like to exchange your purchase. The item MUST be returned to Platinum Hair Company within 48 hours upon receipt of Returned Merchandise (RM) number.
Ship prepaid and insured with the original packaging securely wrapped. Returns which do not have a RM number issued by us will not be accepted. Return shipping is at your own expense. Due to high demand, lace front wigs and skin/seamless wefts have an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. All sales are final. No cash or credit refunds will be given.
Please note: Federal law prohibits the return of used hair therefore, DO NOT remove tags or netting, wet the hair, comb/brush, pick the hair, use any products on the hair, open the packaging, allow fragrances or smoke to penetrate the hair, or tamper with the product in any other way. Any returned items with signs of usage or not in resalable condition will be returned directly to the customer.
Clients understand that due to the nature of these products, the sale is final and non-cancelable. In order to induce the company to accept credit cards, the client agrees to not seek any refunds or adjustments of the purchase price by requesting the credit card company to charge back any payment to Platinum Hair Company.
